Simcox is equipped with the latest CNC Controlled Flame Cutting Machines available. Each machine can make six cuts with automatic tracing of drawings and can handle plates up to 120" to 240".
Anneal and Heat Treating
Annealing and heat treating
of high carbon and alloy plates available to your specifications. Hardness
and process certification available upon request.
Grinding
Simcox specializes in grinding steel blocks
on all six sides to a tolerance of .002. Our capacity is up to 96"
diameter x 42" high. In addition, our surface grinders, with capacity up
to 36 x 96" x 24" high, are in operation at all times to meet customer
needs.
